Group Training  „Minis“

Because a 3 year old Maltese ist much smaller than a 3 month old Labrador, we created this special group for the small breeds (Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Toy Poodle, etc). Here the little ones can learn and interact together without the risk of being accidentially hurt or developing a fear of bigger dogs.

In the period up to 18 weeks, learning is incredibly important for puppies. Here you lay the foundation for a harmonious living together.   

Since house training for the puppies (door control, crate training, potty training) needs to be established and some exercises should start in a stimuli-free environment, you should start with some individual training sessions which take place at your home. Once you establishes rules and boundries at home, you can add group training.

Group training as part of socialization and getting used to external stimuli provides then the perfect combination. Topics such as stay, calming exercises, bite inhibition, quiet leashing, marker signals and the command “Off” with strong distraction are the focus here. Furthermore, the first steps in leash walking and recall are incorporated.

Afterwards the little ones will have a play session. Especially for little breeds it is often hard to find playmates. Here they have the opportunity to encounter with dogs the same size but various ages.
If you little one is getting more and more advanced, you can join the "Mixed" group, where we train the next level of obedience. Don't worry, the dogs stay on the leash! But it helps the small breeds to get used to bigger dogs in a controlled environment.

Events (meeting point and topic will be communicated via WhatsApp): 
Minis: Saturday at 11:00 - 12:00 a.m. , (this is for puppies and small breeds only)
Mixed: Saturday at 13:00 - 14:00 p.m. , (this is for advanced small breeds and bigger dogs)

The hours can be booked flexibly. Participation does not have to be processed in blocks. Sessions paid for a group training can be used for all other TeamHundMensch group activities. Free of charge cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before start of the activity.
